Shipping method

Available services may include express courier, air freight or sea freight depending on destination, product type, quantity, dimensions and urgency. The selected method and estimated transit time will be shown on the quotation.

Lead time

Stock status and preparation time are confirmed before an order is accepted. Lead times are estimates until the order and payment are confirmed.

Import charges

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the quotation, the customer is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, brokerage and import clearance. The commercial invoice will describe the supplied parts accurately.

Inspection and damage

Inspect the package promptly after delivery. Report visible transport damage with package and product photos so the carrier claim can be reviewed.
