Catalog names, images and specifications are reference information. A final quotation is based on the requested model, revision, electrical rating, dimensions, connector layout and availability.

Quotations and orders

A website inquiry is not an accepted order. Price, currency, quantity, lead time, shipping terms and payment conditions are defined in the written quotation or pro forma invoice.

Compatibility

The customer must provide accurate machine and original-part information. We will review the supplied references, but installation and commissioning must be performed by a qualified technician.

Returns and claims

Do not return goods without written authorization. Eligibility depends on the quoted item, condition, timing and reason for return. Custom, programmed, installed or electrically damaged parts may not be returnable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the supplied goods. We are not responsible for indirect loss, downtime or damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring, configuration or use.
